Permit Number

Please provide the building permit number for the permit which you are requesting an inspection. The permit number begins with the year you applied for the permit, (i.e If you applied for a building permit in 2008, the permit number will be a six (6) digit number that begins with “08----”).

Address

The full address associated with the issued permit is needed to get the building inspector to your location. Please do not refer to an address that is not associated with your permit. This will create confusion and may delay your inspection.
