The Clover Park School District, with an enrollment of 11,700 students, serves our community through 17 elementary schools, four middle schools, two high schools, and an alternative high school. Twenty-nine percent of our students live on a military base, and both high schools provide Air Force and Army JROTC. The district provides numerous educational programs and services, run by 850 certified staff members, nearly 400 of which hold a Master's Degree. Four elementary schools from our district received the Title 1 Improvement financial award.

For post-secondary education, Clover Park Technical College offers over 50 hands-on career and training programs, including aviation, healthcare, computers, design, cooking, and welding, and has been awarded the three point two million dollar Plus 50 Initiative as well as the two hundred thousand dollar EPA Brownfield's Job Training Grant. Other colleges in Lakewood include Pierce College and Bates Technical College.
