Q: How often do we have the City flown to acquire new aerial photos?
A: We currently have 5 different flights of data for the years 1996 (1 meter pixel), 1998, 2003 and 2005. The last three sets are at a 6 inch pixel resolution and extend beyond the City limits. Our goal is to continue to have the City flown for new aerial photography every three years starting in 2008 under contract with Pierce County GIS.

A: We are located in Washington State and are bordered on the north by the Cities of Tacoma and University Place to the East by Pierce County and McChord Air Force Base to the south and southwest by Ft Lewis and the west by the Town of Steilacoom.
