Refund Information: Full refunds will only be issued if the class/activity has been cancelled. A $10 administrative fee will be charged on all refund requests. Nor refunds issued less than $10. We are unable to issue cash refunds, so all refunds will be in the form of a check. No refunds will be issued once an activity has begun. Trips/tours refund requests must be made ten days prior to trip date in order for a refund to be processed. Any fees related to the trip that have been processed will be refunded.

Registration Information: Pre-registration is required for all classes unless otherwise stated. All fees are due at the time of registration. All classes/activities have a minimum and maximum enrollment. No news is good news, so you will only hear from us if an activity is cancelled or changed.
