The City of Lakewood Public Works Department establishes and maintains a Professional Services (Consultant) Roster for the purpose of selecting consultants for various transportation, storm water, sanitary sewer, parks, and site development projects.

The City of Lakewood lists all interested consultants that submit Statement of Qualifications (SOQs) on its roster. The consultant roster remains open all year long. However, the City only actively advertises its roster once per year in January.

Submittals remain on file and on the roster for up to two years. Consultants are welcome to update their SOQs at any time. Every "even" year, on January 31st, all SOQs are removed from the file and the roster.
