Digital Data Requests

As a service to the public, Lakewood wishes to encourage the dissemination of GIS information to you as inexpensively as possible.  Some of our data is available for download free of charge .

Please see our list of data that can be disseminated for details on standard data availability. 

  • Download and complete the Standard Map Product form .
  • Mail to the City of Lakewood along with total purchase/shipping costs.
  • Costs vary depending on delivery, media type and quantity. Please call (253) 589-2489 or email to discuss your needs and determine the applicable cost.
  • Please include a written request detailing the project that the data will be used for and a signed/dated disclaimer form .
  • Requests will be filled when all documents and monies are received by the City of Lakewood.
