How often do we have the City flown to acquire new aerial photos?
We currently have 5 different flights of data for the years 1996 (1 meter pixel), 1998, 2003, 2005 and 2008. The 1998 - 2008 sets are at a 6 inch pixel resolution and extend beyond the City limits.  We are currently exploring options for obtaining 2011 or 2012 aerial photos.
Where is Lakewood, WA?
We are located in Washington State and are bordered on the north by the Cities of Tacoma and University Place to the East by Pierce County and McChord Air Force Base to the south and southwest by Ft Lewis and the west by the Town of Steilacoom.  Lakewood's average elevation is around 260' above sea-level.  The center of the city is near the northern corner of Clover Park High School at 122 degrees 31 minutes 9 seconds west and 47 degrees 9 minutes 30 seconds north.
