Standard maps are downloadable from our website through our Map Gallery . You can also make a map with our interactive online map viewer.

Special requests for mapping or analysis should be made directly to the GIS Division by calling the main city phone number. Ask to speak with someone in the GIS Division, (253) 589-2489 or send an email to .

  • You can also download and complete the Standard Map Product form .
  • Mail the completed form to the City of Lakewood along with total purchase/shipping costs.
  • Costs vary depending on delivery and quantity.
  • Please call (253) 589-2489 or email to discuss your needs and determine the applicable cost.
