The City annually solicits project proposals that support and encourage tourism and cultural activities in Lakewood. The City’s share of taxes collected for overnight stays at hotels and motels within city limits funds the projects approved by the Lodging Tax Advisory Committee (LTAC).
The application process for 2024 Lodging Tax Grant Allocations is now closed. Applications for 2025 Lodging Tax Grant Allocations will be available at the start of August 2024. Example of next application can be found here.
