The Human Resources Department provides customer driven quality service and professional expertise to City staff and the public. The department provides comprehensive recruitment and selection processes, employee development, and enhancement of the quality of life for employees.
The Human Resources Department endeavors to provide services which leave all those who come into contact with the Department the view that the City of Lakewood is the "employer of choice" in the public sector.
