Welcome to the Lakewood Online Customer Request System (LOCRS). The City of Lakewood is committed to creating an open and transparent government for the citizens of Lakewood. We always welcome your feedback and input into your government. The Customer Request System allows you to submit any request, complaint, compliment or comment and then track the progress of that "customer request" through this online system.
Once you have entered your request, you will automatically receive a tracking number that you can use to track the status of your request through resolution. Unless the request is particularly complex, you can expect a response within a week of submitting it in the system.
